Job Title: Tester - IT Software Development - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities
- Analysing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Design and develop test strategy and test cases from use case stories and experience in agile environment.
- Provide story point estimates of testing tasks in the Sprint Planning meetings.
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies and provide defect issue/status report.
- Execute all type testing Functional, Usability, UI Testing.
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Should be able to manage different Test environment and test data efficiently.
- Define Test Automation Approach, identify right tools and drive Automation coverage within the sprints
- Participate & contribute effectively in daily stand up, sprint review, retrospective meetings
- Provide support and documentation if needed.

- Along with his own work should be able to mentor junior testers within team and assign task and monitor the same.
- Excellent Problem solving and communication skills.
- Good time-management skills
- Any exposure to Performance testing and tools will be an added advantage (Optional)

Mandatory:
5+Manual testing experience with 2 to 6 months of exp in automation testing
Working knowledge of any ALM tool like JIRA Agile, ALM is must.
Experience in testing and managing end to end test life cycle. Should be able to take ownership of testing deliverables
