Description

1. Experience of over 10 years in testing domain especially in the telecom domain in test approach definition, test design, managing test partners / team and reporting progress / issues to stake holders.

2. Ensuring the end-to-end Quality of deliverables from the Testing partner for the particular Release Train

3. Experience in BDD

4. Working with the Tech BAs, Testing partners to ensure the quality of the User Stories developed are testable and covers customer journeys for the capability being delivered for the particular release through workshops, reviews etc

5. Ensuring the overall test traceability and the testing coverage

6. Designing and reviewing the scenarios and test cases

7. Ensuring that the testing process is followed as per the organisation standards defined

8. Governance and management of the overall test life cycle of the particular release train

9. Robust experience in Telecom domain especially in the IT side which includes BSS/OSS

10. Experience working in a release train model

11. Ensuring the testing effectiveness and providing insights / reporting to the Stakeholders for the testing activities in terms of Requirements Coverage, Test Stability, User Journey Stability, execution progress etc

12. Working closely with the Defect Manager to ensure defects are managed, prioritised, and resolved correctly
