**Responsible for metallurgy lab and metallurgical process.**
- **Controlling the outgoing product quality on metallurgical aspects.**
- **Knowledge of sample preparation, Micro structure testing and Hardness Testing.**
- **Installing the Visual Control in all related areas.**
- **Establishing Process Controls for Critical Processes and conducting Lab Testing.**
- **Taking corrective & preventive action on non-conformities.**
- **Carrying out periodic supplier audits and development of new suppliers.**
- **Responsible for all machinery maintenance and calibration of lab and HT department.**
- **Responsible for all NDT test equipment and execution.**
- **Implementation of 5S and other system.**
- **Knowledge of Handling new project.**
- **Responsible for raw material testing, tagging and RM store.**
- **Responsible for Monitoring & executing heat treatment process.**
- **Responsible to maintain calibration record of equipment with Maintaining document and data control with quality record.**
- **Awareness of quality requirements of raw material used for Heat treatment & forgings.**
- **Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers &operators.**
- **Maintain all system related document.**
- **Maintain Heat code & traceability, process validation & control chart.**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
