Our client is a fast-growing CMO looking for a Scientist with experience in Downstream Processing to join their team. We''re looking for someone with significant experience in DSP either in a Development or Manufacturing background. You must be able to work both individually and as part of a team, be proactive, flexible, and organized, and have excellent communication skills are essential.

**What You''ll Do**:

- Leading a team responsible for Downstream processes and pilot scale runs
- Responsible for execution of experiments including data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Write, complete and review documentation such as reports and batch records
- Work to EHS guidelines and report any EHS incidents
