IT Trainer

**At the assigned location as a Trainer, you would be responsible for**:

- Proactively work on the student’s growth as per the Training outcome such as guiding them through the course curriculum._
- Conducting training and practical sessions of the student batches for the IT job role._
- To train the students to become trained in C, C ++, HTML, Basic Java etc, so that the students can be placed in various organizations across India._
- Apart from conducting training sessions and practical sessions as per guidelines, broad responsibility areas may also include Biometric attendance management, organizing internship, on the job training and placement drives, contacting relevant recruiters / companies if required._
- Minimizing student dropouts and maximizing student attendance during the skill programmes and also ensuring student learning outcomes are delivered as per the course design._

**Skills & Qualification: -**
- **Minimum Educational Qualification: -**_
- _**B.Sc./ B.Tech/ B.E in IT or Computer Science **_with 2-3 yrs of hands on experience as an IT Trainer or Computer Trainer_
- _**M.Sc./ M.Tech/ M.E in IT or Computer Science **_with 1-2 yrs of hands on experience as an IT Trainer or Computer Trainer_
