**1. Stall Operations Management**
- Oversee daily operations of the stall to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure all food items are prepared, displayed, and served on time.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the stall as per safety standards.
- Ensure equipment, utensils, and serving areas are maintained properly.

**2. Staff Supervision**
- Supervise stall staff (servers, helpers, cashiers if applicable).
- Allocate duties and shifts to team members.
- Monitor staff behavior, grooming, and adherence to rules.
- Provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and support staff during peak hours.

**3. Customer Service**
- Ensure customers are served promptly and politely.
- Handle escalated complaints or issues at the stall.
- Maintain quality and quantity of food served as per standards.

**4. Inventory & Stock Control**
- Check availability of raw materials, packaged items, and supplies.
- Coordinate with storekeepers or management for replenishment.
- Prevent wastage, pilferage, and ensure cost control.

**5. Financial Responsibilities**
- Oversee billing and cash collection (if no dedicated cashier).
- Maintain daily stall sales records and submit reports.
- Ensure accuracy in transactions and prevent revenue leakage.

**6. Compliance & Safety**
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Ensure compliance with canteen/organizational policies.
- Monitor stall equipment for safety and report maintenance needs.

**7. Reporting & Coordination**
- Report daily sales, issues, and feedback to canteen manager/administration.
- Coordinate with kitchen, store, and other stalls for smooth functioning.
- Provide suggestions for menu improvement, promotions, or process efficiency.

In summary:
A **Stall Supervisor** is responsible for **managing staff, ensuring service quality, maintaining hygiene, controlling stock, monitoring finances, and reporting to management** — acting as the **bridge between stall staff and canteen management**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,749.44 - ₹25,000.00 per month
