**Job Title: Refrigeration Mechanical Engineer**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**:

- Design and develop refrigeration systems for various climatic test chambers, including temperature and humidity chambers, thermal shock chambers, and others.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve existing designs, ensuring energy efficiency and performance optimization.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- **Installation and Testing**:

- Oversee the installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance standards.
- Conduct performance tests and analyze data to validate system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the testing and operation phases.
- **Maintenance and Support**:

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for refrigeration systems installed in client facilities.
- Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration systems, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Offer technical support and training to clients and in-house teams on refrigeration system operation and maintenance.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all refrigeration systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of designs, testing procedures, and maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: ITI / Deplomo / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
- Experience with climatic test chambers or similar equipment is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to refrigeration systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or related certifications.
- Experience working with Siemens PLC systems and NI software.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel for installation and maintenance projects across India.
- Ability to relocate to Chennai if not already based there.
