Behavioral Technician

The Behavioural Therapist will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in clinic and community settings. The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the Behavior Analyst, Paediatric Neurologist with clinical assessments as needed.

**Location**: - Thane, Maharashtra

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:Graduation

**SALARY RANGE -**: 15K **(If perform well for 3-4 months, will be promoted as a senior therapist or supervisor with a 30% increase.)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
- Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
- Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress
- Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- **Assist Lead Behavioral technicians, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists in preparing client materials as instructed. ** Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment

- Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents, caregivers, and outside professionals
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: -**
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with basic computer/MS office skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
- Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
- Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in order to perform job responsibilities to required standards.

- Behavioral EDUCATOR

We are looking for young graduates who are just starting their careers, who care about mental health, and who are passionate about helping children. We are providing a platform for individuals to learn clinical skills instruction and behaviour reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
The selected individuals will be trained by our master trainers for becoming Behavioural Technicians. After the completion of the training, you will be offered a job as a Behavioural Educator.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Graduation degree
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of ms-office
- Ability to learn and grasp new concepts taught in the training session.
- Must have strong public speaking and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with children.
