**Job Title**: Laundry Delivery Executive

**Job Summary**:
Namma Dhobi, a leading laundry and dry cleaning service provider, is seeking a reliable and experienced Laundry Pickup & Delivery Executive to join our team. As a Laundry Pickup & Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering laundry from/to customers' locations in a timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up laundry from customers' locations and transport it to the laundry facility for cleaning.
- Ensure that all laundry is properly counted and recorded before transportation.
- Deliver clean laundry back to customers' locations within the designated time frame.
- Maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries (App).
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations while driving and handling laundry.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of laundry.
- Putting punctuality and sincerity before everything.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy laundry bags.
- Familiarity with local streets and traffic regulations.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi/Kannada.
