Create and maintain detailed BIM models according to project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information.
- Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to design intent.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve any modeling conflicts.
- Implement and uphold BIM standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans.
- Provide support and training on BIM software and workflows to team members.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits of BIM models.
- Generate detailed construction documents and drawings from BIM models.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role in the construction or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
