**Position**: Freight Broker / Dispatcher
**Location**: Mohali
**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 + Incentives per month (based on experience)

**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months to 5 years in relevant field
**Education**: 12th pass
**Shift**: Night Shifts (Pick and Drop Facility Available)
**Working Days**: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate freight operations efficiently
- Use the DAT tool effectively for managing freight and logistics
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and drivers to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer queries and resolve any transportation issues promptly
- Dispatch and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of operations, shipments, and client communication

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience
- **Education**: 12th Pass
- **Skills**:

- Having good knowledge about Load Booking on DAT
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend English documents effectively
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in Night Shifts
- Margins required 2000$ to 3000$
- **Documents**: Valid educational and identity proofs are mandatory
