About the job:
The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for Trainee, Partner Marketing based out in Bangalore, India. This is a fixed term 6-month traineeship program. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our APAC marketing team's efforts to grow our business through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the Partner Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, foster relationships with partners, and analyze performance metrics. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partner marketing and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.

As a trainee, you will work closely with your mentor and gain experience on the marketing planning and execution, and you will be interacting with a broader team both locally and globally.

What you will do:
- Coordinate with regional Marketing with regards to the Market Development Fund (MDF) program to ensure timely execution of their planned activities.- Help maintain and update partner marketing collateral and assets for the Market Development Fund (MDF) program.- Track and analyze MDF campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.- Assist in partner marketing management for the MDF program, including communication and feedback collection.- Support with administrative tasks relating to the Intel Rainmaker Program.- Support the marketing team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

What you will bring:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly google sheet and google slides.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.- Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
