As a Content Writer at ShramIN, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and informative content for our YouTube channel. Your primary responsibility will involve transforming research findings and insights into compelling written content that resonates with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with the content team to ensure the accurate and effective presentation of information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Write well-researched and engaging video scripts, articles, and other content pieces based on research findings, catering to our audience's interests in career and job prospects within the manufacturing industry, including sectors such as Automotive, Capital Goods, Construction, Power, Electronics, Electric Vehicles, Green Jobs, and Renewable Energy.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with researchers, video producers, and graphic designers to integrate research findings seamlessly into content and maintain accuracy and relevancy.
- **Audience Understanding**:Deeply understand the target audience, including blue-collar and grey-collar workers, as well as ITI and Diploma freshers, to tailor content to their needs and preferences.
- **Content Ideation**: Brainstorm content ideas based on research findings, identifying topics that resonate with the target audience.
- **Content Planning**: Assist in creating content calendars and planning content themes to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and enhance discoverability among our target audience.
- **Content Quality**:Ensure the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and relevance in all written content, adhering to established guidelines and editorial standards.
- **Content Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for promoting content based on research insights.
- **Fact-Checking and Accuracy**:Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all research data used in content, fact-checking information before publication.
- **Adaptation**: Stay adaptable and responsive to shifts in industry trends and audience preferences, adjusting content strategies accordingly.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously monitor industry news, regulations, and technological advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in topics related to the Career and Employment opportunities
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with YouTube content creation and trends is a plus.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and developments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Hindi and English

**Job Type**: Full Time
