**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Learning**:

- Plan and deliver effective mathematics lessons aligned with all the school curricula (CBSE/IGSCE, ICSE/GSCE, IB).
- Create and use engaging learning materials to cater to students with varied learning abilities.
- Regularly assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing timely feedback.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate in designing and refining the mathematics curricula (CBSE/IGSCE, ICSE/GSCE, IB) to meet educational standards.

**Student Support and Development**:

- Offer individualized attention to students who need extra help or enrichment opportunities.
- Encourage participation in mathematics-related extracurricular activities and competitions.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students' progress and needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and strategies.
- Contribute actively to departmental meetings and school events.

**Professional Growth**:

- Stay updated on developments in mathematics education and pedagogy.
- Attend professional development sessions, workshops, and conferences.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Essential**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education (specializing in Mathematics).
- A teaching qualification or certification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and relevant teaching standards.

**Desirable**:

- Experience teaching mathematics in a school setting.
- Familiarity with modern educational technologies and online teaching tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational and classroom management expertise.
- A passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their best.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
