The Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for ensuring optimal network performance? If so, look no further - Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks.

You will work alongside a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with our end customers, project managers, and service engineers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining network components, monitoring network performance, and maintaining network security. You will also be providing user support for network-related issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support possible.

- Deployment of VXLAN eVPN BGP Cisco NX-OS Leaf spine architecture by using Nexus Dashboa
- Should have storng hands on experience on nexus Dashboard deployment and adminstraion
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and resilient data center networks using Cisco Nexus switches by using NX-OS and ACI.
- Analyze network requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and deploy network configurations, including VLANs, routing protocols, QoS, and security features.
- Automate network deployments and configuration changes using scripting tools like Ansible or Python.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
- Stay updated on the latest Cisco Nexus technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of the network with other systems.
- Document network designs and configurations.
- Hands on experience on Cisco Nexis Dash board, Cisco ISE and Solarwinds
- Expert on network troubleshooting and identify RCA

Required Skills and Experience

Should have 10-14 years of Nexus OS experience.
- Proven knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting, switching, and routing
- 2+ years of working experience in Networking
- Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with Network security, WAN
- Working knowledge of ITIL

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX
- Experience with Ansible automation
