**1. Administrative & Operational Management**
- Oversee the **day-to-day functioning** of the training center.
- Ensure **smooth execution** of all academic, technical and support operations.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and a professional learning environment.
- Supervise staff attendance, timetables and class schedules.
- Ensure all **robotics kits, laptops & lab equipment** are properly maintained and functional.
- Coordinate with the **Head Office and Marketing Team** for schedules, requirements & reports.

**2. Academic Coordination**
- Monitor **faculty performance**, punctuality & quality of delivery.
- Ensure **lesson plans and training modules** are followed as per the syllabus.
- Conduct **weekly academic review meetings** with trainers.
- Manage **student assessments, project evaluations & feedback sessions.**
- Maintain **student attendance records**, performance reports and batch progress.
- Oversee **robotics lab sessions** ensuring hands-on practice and safety standards.

**3. Marketing Support & School Presentations**
- Coordinate with the **marketing team** for scheduled school visits, demos and campaigns.
- Represent the institute during **school presentations, product demos and awareness programs.**
- Deliver **interactive sessions** explaining the robotics program, training benefits and outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with **school principals, coordinators and teachers**.
- Collect feedback, leads and potential enrolment data from demo sessions.
- Participate in **education fairs, exhibitions and events** to promote the institute’s programs.

**4. Admission & Target Achievement**
- Ensure **monthly admission targets** are achieved.
- Oversee **enquiry follow-ups**, counselling sessions and admission conversions.
- Support digital and offline promotional campaigns such as **bulk SMS, social media ads, flyers, workshops and no-parking boards**.
- Analyze local market trends to suggest **strategic admission drives**.

**5. Team Management**
- Lead, motivate and supervise the academic and administrative team.
- Conduct **weekly review meetings** to monitor performance.
- Assign clear responsibilities and ensure accountability.
- Train new staff in **academic delivery, student handling and center operations**.
- Handle staff concerns and maintain a **positive team culture.**

**6. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports on:

- Admissions & enquiries
- Marketing activities & demo presentations
- Student attendance & performance
- Fee collection & expenses
- Share reports and updates with the reporting manager regularly.
- Maintain **photos and digital proofs** of classes, events and demos when required.

**7. Student & Parent Relations**
- Ensure **quality learning experience** for every student.
- Conduct **parent meetings** to review progress and attendance.
- Address **student/parent grievances** with professionalism.
- Encourage students to participate in **competitions, innovation challenges and exhibitions.**

**8. Financial & Resource Management**
- Supervise **fee collection, receipts and centre requirement handling.**
- Maintain stock and issue records of **robotic kits, tools and components.**
- Prevent misuse or loss of materials and maintain a proper inventory.

**9. Compliance & Quality Assurance**
- Follow all **company guidelines, academic standards and safety protocols.**
- Ensure **timely completion of courses** as per the planned schedule.
- Cooperate during internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews.

**10. Innovation & Growth**
- Identify and propose **new training modules or workshops** to enhance learning.
- Explore **tie-up opportunities** with schools, NGOs, or colleges.
- Share innovative ideas and success stories with management to improve branding.

**11. Performance Evaluation**
- Track and review overall center performance based on:

- Academic excellence
- Student satisfaction
- Admission targets
- Demo conversions & outreach effectiveness
- Submit **monthly summary and action plans** to reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
