**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and educate them on NanoTek Solutions coatings
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to gather project requirements and deliverables
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with the sales team
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Create and deliver quotations to clients
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations
- Attend to walk-in clients during the absence of store representatives

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2. Proven experience in project coordination, sales, or client management roles

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor

4. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
