Job Summary:
Job Location: Conscient Mall, Dwarka Expy, Sector 109, Gurgaon 122017

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities, diagnose impairments or disabilities, and determine the best course of treatment.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs and goals, using a range of techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.

Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and strategies to manage their symptoms.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in physiotherapy.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.

Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist in the jurisdiction of employment.

Proven experience working as a physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting of at least 1 year.

In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively in a team.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Physical Demands:
This job may require standing or sitting for extended periods of time, as well as bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The Physiotherapist must be physically able to perform hands-on treatment techniques and demonstrate exercises to patients.

Working Conditions:
The work environment for a Physiotherapist will include private clinic setting. The job may also require occasional travel to patients' homes or other healthcare facilities. The working hours will be 10 am to 7 pm, Weekly Leave will be on Wednesday.

**Salary**:
Salary ranges from 20,000 - 25,000 per month + Commission + Performance Based Incentive

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
