**Salary Range**: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in teaching (Freshers are also welcome)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons for young children, following the NTT curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to support learning.
- Assess and monitor students' progress through observations, feedback, and reports.
- Foster a love for learning and creativity among students.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure the overall development of students.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and provide regular updates on student progress.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure discipline in a positive, constructive manner.
- Participate in school events, training, and professional development activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: NTT/D.LEd certification (mandatory).
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of teaching experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and creativity in dealing with young children.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
