**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar.
- Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand requirements and technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, prioritize, and report software defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira), and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in the review and analysis of requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Perform regression testing, sanity testing, and smoke testing as part of the software release cycle.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in software testing and test automation.
- Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of quality within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1 years) as a QA Automation Tester or similar role.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit).
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester) are desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
