Site Supervisor

**Role Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day execution of **interior, civil, and renovation works** for our hotel and upcoming luxury resort project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily supervision of **civil and interior works** (tiling, plumbing, electrical coordination, carpentry, POP/gypsum, paint, fabrication).
- Ensure execution strictly as per **architectural drawings, details, and project specifications**.
- Check **quality, finishing, levels, measurements**, and site workmanship.
- Monitor material usage, check deliveries, and prevent wastage.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, and other vendors.
- Maintain **daily work progress reports** with photos and submit to Director/Coordinator.
- Assist in **installation of furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E)**, lighting, AC units, and hospitality-related items.
- Verify measurements for **billing and contractor payments**.
- Ensure **site safety, housekeeping, labour discipline**, and overall site organization.
- Follow up on required materials and site requirements proactively.
- Support the architect with **site measurements, mock-ups, and on-ground checks**.
- Manage any site-related task assigned by the Director.
- Willingness to travel locally for material coordination, market visits, and vendor meetings if needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **civil works, interior finishes, materials, joinery, and installation processes**.
- Ability to read and understand **basic AutoCAD drawings**.
- Hands-on experience with contractors and labour handling.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Good communication in Odia and Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility on site.
- Must be disciplined, reliable, and able to enforce work deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of work.
- Smart problem-solving ability on site.

**Qualification**
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI Civil / Experienced Supervisor.
- **Experience**: 5-15 years in interior and civil execution (hotel/restaurant/resort experience is an added advantage).

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
