1. Good to Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

2. Experienced in tele sales or insurance (For health, term & MF callers - relevant experience is required) Fresher can also apply

3. International BPO background people are also ok, but please shortlist them considering all pros and cons

4. Atleast 1yr stability in previous jobs & should have not changed too many jobs in the last 3yrs for any reasons

5. Should have secured atleast 55% & above in HSC, SSC & Graduation (wherever applicable).
