**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on the mobilization of cancer patients to our facility for treatment and consultations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and mobilize cancer patients to seek treatment at our center.
- Promote the cancer care services offered by the hospital/clinic through targeted outreach programs, digital marketing, and community-based initiatives.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, oncologists, and referral networks to generate patient leads.
- Organize and conduct awareness campaigns, seminars, and events to educate the public about cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment options.
- Manage social media and online platforms to raise awareness and drive engagement with cancer patients and their families.
- Monitor and analyze marketing efforts to optimize campaigns and track the success of patient mobilization activities.
- Work closely with the patient care team to ensure smooth patient on boarding and coordinate communication between patients and medical staff.
- Maintain accurate records of patient inquiries, lead generation, and patient conversion data for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales and administrative teams to meet patient acquisition and retention goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing within the healthcare sector, preferably with a focus on cancer care, patient mobilization, or healthcare services marketing.
- Strong understanding of cancer care services and patient needs.
- Experience in developing marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and outreach activities to target patients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A passion for healthcare marketing and improving patient access to life-saving treatments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
