**Location**: Satyam's Sun Products Pvt. Ltd., Unit No-104, 106, 206, 207 Ganga SDF Complex, Phase - ll, KASEZ, Gandhidham - Kachchh

**Job Summary**:
The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports using **Tally software**. The role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, assisting in financial reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record daily financial transactions in **Tally ERP** (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and other accounting records accurately.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Generate financial statements and management reports from Tally.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- **Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory.**:

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
