Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams on the basics of Forex/CFD markets, trading principles, and LSSR’s product offerings.
- Educate people on the fundamentals of Forex/CFD products, including currency pairs, leverage, margin, and risk management.
- Create a detailed curriculum covering all aspects of cryptocurrency trading, Stock Market, Forex, and commodities, including technical analysis, fundamental analysis, risk management, and trading strategies.
- Develop course materials, presentations, and assignments.
- Conduct training sessions on LSSR's specific products and services, ensuring employees understand how to utilize and promote them effectively.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed to reinforce learning and address specific knowledge gaps.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
