**Minimum Experience**:3 Years in Legal **(Should have worked in a real-estate)**

**Duties/Responsibilities/ Experience:

- Vetting and drafting legal documents, notices, agreements, and contracts
- Sending notices for recovery of outstanding and doing follow-up with the tenants.
- Filing of cases under the various Acts and monitoring the ongoing litigations
- Liasoning with Counsel, tenants, government departments
- Monitoring statutory compliances through compliance tool
- Renewal of statutory licenses & certificates/agreements with clients
- Preparing MIS and progress reports of ongoing cases and presenting periodic reports to management.
- Drafting of Legal Agreements, Lease Deeds, Notices, Replies, and Correspondences.
- Travelling to sites to review the applicable compliances.

Bachelor's degree in law from a reputed institute/university.
- Relevant years of working experience in a reputed organization.
- Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters.
- Experience in managing external legal counsel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Having sound knowledge of court proceedings.
- Having experience in Real Estate Business is desirable
