The Billing Executive in the warehouse is responsible for managing the billing process and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders and invoices. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of the warehouse by handling billing, invoicing, and related documentation.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Execute all orders received from sales team on daily timely basis.
- Must have good rapport with sales team and customers.
- Must furnish all reports required for sales and commercial team and communicate same on timely basis
- Order booking, generation of invoice, coordination with dealer and sales team
- Responsible for LR and e way bill generation and extension
- Responsible for customer cheque collection, maintenance and deposition as per need from sales team.
- Must possess high communication level with all
- Responsible for all entries in client software both inward and outward, damage section
- Responsible to communicate about the limit, stock status with sales team on timely manner
- Should play vital role in DDR
- Willing to take care all the additional responsibilities that his immediate reporting manager assigning to him time to time

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or a related finance role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and billing best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
