We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to various departments.

**Responsibility**:

- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure they receive a positive first impression of our dealership.
- Schedule appointments for sales consultations, test drives, and service appointments.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing paperwork.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written(English, Hindi and Malayalam).
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and dealership operations is a plus.

**Qualification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
