**Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer (Fresher)**

**Overview**:
Arham Web Works is looking for a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level designers who have completed relevant design courses or have hands-on experience through personal or academic projects. If you are proficient with tools like Adobe XD and Figma and are eager to learn in a real-world environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with senior designers and developers to understand project requirements and implement feedback
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions
- Help maintain and contribute to design systems and documentation

**Requirements**:

- Completed a course or training in UI/UX Design or a related field
- Familiarity with Adobe XD and Figma
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
- A portfolio showcasing personal, academic, or freelance projects
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication and time management skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS (not required but a plus)
- Any internship or freelance experience
