**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for paper products.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated territory or market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our paper products.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate paper products solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
