NowGray IT Services is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs across various mediums. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in industry-standard design software, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**: Develop creative and engaging designs for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media.

**Software Proficiency**: Utilize your expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Coral Draw to bring concepts to life.

**Conceptualization**: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and create design solutions that align with project goals and objectives.

**Branding**: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design outputs.

**Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

**Software Skills**:Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
Proficient in Adobe After Effects
Proficient in Coral Draw

**Portfolio**: Showcase a diverse portfolio that demonstrates your range of design skills and creativity.

**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and industry best practices.

**Salary**: ₹8,416.56 - ₹27,762.82 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
