**Responsibilities-**:Endorsing critical work permits like Hot work, Work at Height, Hazardous work, Fragile roof work, confined space vessel entry. ❖ Conduct Job Safety Analysis and Tool Box Talk meeting. ❖ Maintaining good housekeeping and industrial hygiene. ❖ Inspection of contractor’s tools and equipment. ❖ Educating and trained to workers to use personal protective equipment’s.(PPE’s) ❖ Identifying unsafe acts and condition, lead continue improvement initiatives to reduce work process risk and raise safety awareness. ❖ Investigation and analysis of accident and incident and reporting to higher authority. ❖ Order and maintain safety inventory. ❖ Authorized to stop all types of unsafe acts/unsafe process. ❖ Conduct RCA for accident. ❖ To arrange induction training for new employees. ❖ Operation of waste water treatment,Multiple effect Evaporation (MEE) with job responsibility of daily maintaining plant operation. ❖ Will maintain register for GPCB/CETP visit Along with the result of sample drawn by them. ❖ Will maintain hazardous waste stock and timely disposal of hazardous waste as per GPCB guidelines. ❖ Handle the statutory visit like CETP, GPCB, VGEL, VIA, etc.
