**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Career Counselling Intern, you will assist the career counsellor in guiding students toward their academic and professional goals. You will gain hands-on experience in career counselling methodologies, student interactions, and assessment tools, including DMIT analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist the counsellor in conducting career guidance sessions for students.

Support in conducting and explaining DMIT assessments and psychometric tests.

Help in preparing and managing career reports and analysis based on test results.

Research and compile career trends, courses, and job opportunities for students.

Assist in planning and executing career counselling workshops in schools.

Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments and managing student data.

Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and teachers regarding counselling sessions.

Learn and participate in counselling techniques and strategies used by professionals.

Provide post-counselling support by answering queries from students and parents.

**Requirements**:
Pursuing/Completed a degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of career counselling and aptitude tests

Interest in DMIT analysis and student career guidance.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
