Fibre Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fiber Installation**: Perform installation and maintenance of fiber optic cables, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.
- **Splicing**: Conduct fiber splicing to maintain or restore fiber optic networks in case of damage.
- **RF Device Installation**: Install and align RF devices, ensuring optimal signal strength and coverage.
- **Feasibility Checking**: Assess the feasibility of network installations and provide technical guidance on potential challenges and solutions.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve issues related to fiber and RF installations, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient network performance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other engineers and departments to ensure seamless integration of network systems.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to industry standards and company protocols during all installation and maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduation in a relevant field (Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of fiber technology, including installation, splicing, and RF device alignment.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in fiber installation and splicing, with a good understanding of RF technologies.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to fiber and RF installations.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
