Job Title: Nintex K2 Administrator
Location: Hyderabad, India

**Salary**: INR 8,00,000 - INR 10,00,000 per annum

Roles and Responsibilities:

- K2 Platform Administration: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of K2 BlackPearl and K2 Five platforms to ensure smooth operation and mínimal downtime.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, health, and security, identifying potential issues and proactively resolving them to ensure high availability and reliability of K2 environments.
- User & Security Management: Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within K2 to maintain compliance with organizational security standards.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage K2 system backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and quick recovery in case of system failures.
- System Upgrades & Patch Management: Plan, test, and execute K2 system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation on K2 platform configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Provide regular reports on system performance and health to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with K2 platform updates, new features, and best practices, recommending improvements for system performance, scalability, and security.

Qualifications Required:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in administering K2 BlackPearl, K2 Five, or Nintex K2 platforms in an enterprise environment.

Technical Skills:

- K2 Platform Administration: Strong knowledge of K2 BlackPearl and K2 Five administration, including environment setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Database Management: Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including querying, optimizing, and managing K2-related database tasks.
- Server & Infrastructure Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and other server management tools as they relate to K2 platform support.
- System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Expertise in monitoring K2 system performance and troubleshooting platform-related issues, including server-side errors, database issues, and workflow failures.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Familiarity with implementing and managing backup strategies and disaster recovery processes for K2 environments.
- Security Management: Experience in configuring and managing security roles and permissions within K2 to ensure secure access and compliance with internal security policies.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages for automating administrative tasks and troubleshooting.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS) for K2 deployment is a plus.

- INR 8,00,000 - INR 10,00,000 per annum (PLPA), based on experience and qualifications.
