- Preparation of presentations about the services/ offerings with all their values for the usage of the global & regional sales team.
- Develop original content through in-depth research on industry-relevant topics (combining online sources, studies etc.,)
- Build customer success stories, online campaign content, white papers, and reports for business audience.
- Collaborate with industry leads, global sales and offerings teams, analyst & marketing teams and designers to ensure the accuracy & alignment of content with the market.
- Understand the request and produce content that aligns it with the target audience is one of the key responsibilities.
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
- Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
- Writing articles, blogs, website content, podcast, content for presentations, etc.
- Working with the marketing team closely for marketing related content
- Suggesting, editing, and updating existing content on Services/ Offerings etc.,
- Capturing the attention of target audience with unique and engaging content
- Understanding the tone of the topic and producing plagiarism-free content

**Qualification**:

- Must have knowledge of basic IT services and proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and power point.
- Experience from Automotive, Telecom & Lifesciences vertical is highly desirable.
- Strong command on English language to edit content, proofread language.
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
- Prior exposure to pre-sales & content writing is highly desirable.
- Years of experience: 8-10 years
- Location: Chennai/ Bangalore
