**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and set up VMC machines as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Load raw materials and set up tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality output.
- Conduct in-process quality checks using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines.
- Ensure proper documentation of daily production and machine performance.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in VMC machine operation (Freshers can apply).
- Knowledge of CNC programming (basic understanding is preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with FANUC, Siemens, or similar controllers.
- Basic understanding of cutting tools and machining processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in precision machining or toolroom work.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
