**Position Responsibilities**
- 5-8 years of Scrum Master experience.
- Certified Scrum Master
- Set up a baseline repeatable process.
- Scrum master who can coach the teams not just facilitate sprint ceremonies.
- Who is curios and works with the team on process improvements, come-up with new ideas to engage the team.
- Help PO's with prioritization techniques and maintain healthy backlog.
- Help the team in refinement to break down the larger stories to manageable small stories.
- Understand INVEST. Help the team break down stories in sub-tasks.
- Velocity planning and tracking velocity at the team level and individual level
- Create JIRA dashboards and send detailed reports to leadership
- Act as a Servant leader but still push the team to meet the deliverables.
- Capture the carry-over details and reasons each sprint at story level

Duration of Project - 1year

**Salary**: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year
