Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT solutions sector.
- Generate leads, set up meetings, and close sales deals with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions, including cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and hospitality solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights.
- Conduct tele-calling campaigns to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Sales meetings, appointments, and demonstrations between the tech team and prospective clients.
- Preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Generate sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote our products/services.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/IT, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of IT products/services and industry trends is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
