Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and engaging with social media audiences.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Familiarity with video editing tools, such as InShot or any AI-based editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze industry trends and incorporate them into social media strategies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for generating innovative ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively coordinate with cross-functional departments.

**Responsibilities**:
People Engagement
- Engage with the audience by promptly responding to comments, messages, and direct messages on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Utilize online platforms like WATI, Zapier, and Mailchimp for social media automations.

Platforms Management
- Stay updated with the latest algorithms, trends, and best practices to optimize each platform and attract organic followers.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms, including podcasting, video marketing and more.
- Utilize platform features effectively, such as creating polls, asking engaging questions, and sharing important information through stories.

Design
- Proficiency in using design tools like Canva to produce high-quality graphics and visuals for social media platforms.

Content
- Curate compelling content from AI tools and other reliable resources to ensure a consistent flow of engaging posts and updates.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for monthly or weekly posts, ensuring timely scheduling and alignment with objectives.

Research & Learning
- Develop and execute effective strategies based on research findings to maximize social media impact.
- Utilize social media tools and analytics to conduct research and gather insights on current trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, social media advancements, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Basic Video Editing
- Utilize video editing tools such as InShot or new AI tools to convert long videos into shorter, to create engaging clips for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the Foundation team and media personnel to create captivating stories and videos for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
