U.s. Trademark Lawyer

**A U.S. law license in good standing is required for this job.**

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- U.S. LLM or U.S. law degree.
- An active U.S. bar card in any U.S. state in good standing
- A my.uspto.gov account
- Excellent written and spoken English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Work experience with Tier 1 law firms like Anand and Anand, Shardul Amarchand, Saikrishna and Associates and Remfry Sagar.
- Former Trademarkia or LegalZoom staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Mastering the ins and outs of Intercom (the software we use to run our practice).
- Perform trademark searches and communicate results to clients or prospective clients.
- Draft responses to complex office actions such as those pertaining to likelihood of confusion or descriptiveness with use of AI tools.

**A Note About Remote Work**

You must be self motivated and productive during the workday. As mentioned above, we use Intercom to manage all client communication and project management. The software tracks a number of communication volume and response time metrics, so while you will not have a direct supervisor looking over your shoulder during the workday, we will be able to see that you are not productive. We are quick to let go low performers.

**Renumeration**
- INR 8 lakhs to 12 lakhs per annum (for full time work).

Pay: ₹875,555.29 - ₹1,163,572.91 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
