**Job Title**: Full-Time Faculty - Web Development, Web Designing, and Digital Marketing

**Job Location**: Kolkata

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions on Web Development, Web Designing, and Digital Marketing.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assignments to ensure they align with current industry standards.
- Guide students in developing projects and portfolios, providing mentorship to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and project evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development and digital marketing, integrating them into the curriculum.
- Provide academic support to students, including one-on-one assistance and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality education and continuous improvement of courses.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and training sessions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in Web Development, Web Designing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and popular web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Familiarity with web designing tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to engage students in practical, hands-on learning.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Web Development (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe) are an added advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
- Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
- Industry connections to bring real-world insights and opportunities to students.
