Job Profile: Data Protection Officer

Work Location: Head Office, Mumbai, India

Responsibilities (In Brief)- Understanding and translating the nuances of Data Privacy Principles & Regulations in the daily work processes and data environment within the entity is the pivotal job function-
- Tread on the defined Data Privacy Roadmap, defined by the Group and the Entity to ensure compliance with the data privacy laws.- Pivotal link between the Entity and the Group towards rollout / implementation of the defined Privacy Roadmap- Techno Legal expert having working knowledge on compliance with GDPR & having to understand the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and data privacy laws

Qualifications

LLB, Degree or Diploma in IS&T Security (advisable to have either CISA, CISM or CDPSE) and working knowledge on Data Privacy Laws (DSCI certified Professional advisable) with 5 to 7 years of experience is preferable. 14 to 15 years of relevant years of experience.
