Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development, implementation, monitoring and review / Curricular Governance.

Define and review academic processes, structures, and functions.

Mentor Subject Matter Experts on their output and overall progress in the team.

Develop and peer review curriculum documents, teacher manuals, and ensure all content meets pedagogical objectives and is age-appropriate.

Collaborate with the internal team to come up with fresh and creative ways of developing material.

Participate in multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

Stay abreast of education trends and best practices.

**Job Requirements and Qualification**:
Relevant Bachelor s/ Master s Degree and Good Subject Knowledge.

Minimum 3 years of experience in academic leadership position.

Fluency in English and possess excellent Communication Skills.

Must have Strong Academic Base, preparing reports and documentation skills, Creative and Innovative approach.
