**Who You Are**

We're searching for a driven and reliable information security professional to be the backbone of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). In this crucial role, you'll be the bridge between our business and engineering teams, ensuring the CISO's security vision is translated into practical action. You'll translate security requirements into clear, actionable plans for the company.

**What You Will Do**
- Maintaining and enhancing our ISMS: This involves maintaining the ISMS, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing automation to streamline processes within the framework of ISO27001 wherever possible
- Drive asset management: This means maintaining an inventory of all the organization's Information assets (hardware, software, data) and ensuring they are properly secured
- Make sure that security policies, measures and procedures are implemented adequately: This means ensuring staff understand and follow the organization's security policies and procedures. This might involve training, communication, and audits
- Drive security awareness strategy with KnowBe4: This involves developing and implementing programs to educate employees about information security best practices and how to identify and avoid security threats
- Investigating incidents: In the event of a security breach or incident, this person would be responsible for investigating the cause, containing the damage, and preventing future occurrences
- Conducting risk assessments: This involves identifying potential security threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's information assets, and evaluating the likelihood and impact of those risks
- Developing plans to mitigate risks: Based on the risk assessments, this involves creating plans to address the identified vulnerabilities and reduce the risk of security incidents

**What You Will Bring**

A bachelor's degree in information security or a related field like computer science, or a master's degree in a cybersecurity-focused area, is required for this position.

At least two, ideally four years of professional experience in managing an ISMS

One of these certifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
