Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience, relevant experience like documentation and drafting.
- Bachelor degree in Law (essential).
- Preparing sales deeds, Sale agreements, Power of Attorney deeds, Settlement deeds, Trust deeds, Construction agreements, other allied agreements/ deeds.
- Coordinate with Advocates on any property related aspects and legal opinions. Well versed in real estate related laws including RERA.
- Handle and execute all legal issues of the Company with respect to project contracts, land management contracts, business related contracts & arbitration.
- Well versed with Registration of Documents at SRO.
- Must have basic experience in ASSISTING.COURT PROCEEDINGS.
- Two -wheeler with license for travelling.
