**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Brand Strategy & Positioning**:

- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the brand’s positioning, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Create compelling messaging for both residential and commercial real estate offerings.
- **Campaign Development & Execution**:

- Plan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (online, offline, and event-based) to promote properties and services.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless lead conversion.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage social media accounts, creating and curating content to engage potential buyers and sellers.
- Monitor website performance and implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- **Event Planning & Promotions**:

- Organize and coordinate property launch events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Develop partnerships with other businesses to enhance event visibility and lead generation.
- **Advertising & Media Relations**:

- Manage advertising budgets and collaborate with media agencies to plan and execute advertising campaigns (print, digital, and outdoor).
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with advertising partners, ensuring maximum exposure within budget constraints.
- **Sales Support & Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collateral and presentations that support property sales.
- Generate and nurture leads through targeted campaigns, and track lead conversion performance.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the real estate sector or a similar field, with a strong understanding of real estate sales processes.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Experience in managing and analyzing marketing budgets.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Creative & Analytical**: A combination of creative thinking and analytical skills to design innovative marketing campaigns while measuring their effectiveness.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
