**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement SEO Strategies**:

- Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues impacting search engine performance.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
- Monitor and resolve website errors, redirects, and other technical issues.
- **Content Strategy and Optimization**:

- Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with client goals.
- Provide recommendations for content creation, optimization, and distribution to maximize organic visibility.
- Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and is optimized for target keywords.
- **Link Building**:

- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Identify and pursue high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize SEO strategies continuously.
- **Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- **Client Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with other team members, including PPC specialists, social media managers, and content creators, to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital agency.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
