**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales Manager** to lead our digital marketing sales team. If you’re passionate about driving growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performance team — we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process, from strategy to execution, helping us scale our digital marketing services across industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

New Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue and add long-term value.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure timely support and service, proactively addressing any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account potential.

Team Management & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to support team growth.
- Promote a collaborative and goal-driven team culture.

Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor movements.
- Conduct regular market research to spot new opportunities and challenges.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market insights and evolving client needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum **2**years of experience* in B2B digital marketing sales.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and other sales tech platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
