1. Software and Tools Proficiency:
Proficient in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects).

Knowledge of sound editing, visual effects, and color grading tools.

2. Collaboration and Communication:
Work with directors, producers, and other creatives to understand the vision and requirements of each project.

Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and finalize the video content.

Coordinate with audio and graphic designers to ensure proper integration of audio, visuals, and special effects.

3. Video Editing:
Edit and assemble raw footage into a seamless narrative.

Cut and trim footage as required, ensuring high-quality visual and audio output.

Edit multiple video formats, including short clips, full-length productions, and promotional videos.

4. Asset Management:
Organize, manage, and maintain video assets, ensuring that all footage is properly archived for easy access.

Ensure all media and project files are backed up and stored in an orderly fashion.

5. Quality Control:
Ensure the final video product is of high quality, visually and technically sound, and ready for distribution.

Review and check videos for errors, ensuring proper synchronization of audio, video, and effects.

6. Storytelling:
Maintain a keen understanding of pacing, timing, and rhythm to convey the intended message effectively.

Use creative storytelling techniques to captivate the audience and enhance the video’s impact.

7. Time Management:
Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of edited videos according to production schedules.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects.

Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Color Grading etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with current video trends and techniques is a plus.

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field.

Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (VFX).

Familiarity with color grading and sound mixing.

Work Environment:
Ability to work remotely or in a studio setting, depending on the project.

Occasional long hours or tight deadlines may be required.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
